I conducted a comprehensive structural UX audit of top tier cross-border logistics competitors specifically MyUS and Shipito to dissect their platform architectures, package consolidation steps, and checkout mechanics. While these platforms rely on rigid, corporate structures, I identified key opportunities to leverage Buyandship's localized customer pipelines and self-operated global warehouses into a more seamless, transparent, and trustworthy digital experience.
